Responsibilities & Requirements
The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience in user-centered design, and is hands on from
the initial wireframes, to developing prototypes and providing final assets
Languages: xHTML, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, JSON, REST
Programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash
Delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications,
final assets Personas and use case development
Work closely with product and marketing teams in driving usability in our products
Perform AB testing and Usability tests Cross platform responsive web applications for
mobile, tablet and desktop Modular designs for scalability
Produce elements of UI required to develop and to evolve user experience designs
Create compelling design solutions that meet people's needs and delight users
Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines
Translate high-level feature concepts into use cases and customer experience requirements
Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications and templates
Designing and building pixel-perfect cross-browser compatible UIs
Requirements
Must have an engineering background from a reputed college
Experienced in UI/Web development with minimum 2 years preferably in a start-up
environment as well
Must have experience in developing web-based products
